SchoolsPlus is a collabotative interagency approach towards supporting the whole child and their family with the school as the center of service delivery. Within this initiative SchoolsPlus staff members (Mental Health clinicians for designated sites, Assistant Leader, Community Outreach Workers, Sport Animator, and the Schools Plus Leader) work with provincial partners of Education, Health and WEllness, Justice, and Community Services to deliver programs and services in support of school success.
